We are looking for a dynamic individual with deep experience and knowledge in digital innovation and financial technology to work with our technical and marketing teams to improve our platform technical documentation and communication.

What You'll Be Doing

Create Product Marketing Resources

  • Create content for iComply blog and social media
  • Prepare and send out Regwatch newsletter
  • Prepare and produce a "Regtech word of the day"
  • Create weekly Blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for media channels
  • Post relevant content in accordance with communications strategy and content calendar
  • Enforce company Social Media Guidelines as defined by our brand

Technology Thought Leadership

  • Write Op-Eds and thought leadership pieces
  • Prepare articles on new platform features for media coverage
  • Work with product, sales, and marketing teams to identify key messaging
  • Maintain iComply website copy, one pagers, presentations, and technical documentation


Digital Communities Management


  • Managing and growing iComply’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other strategically relevant online sites
  • Review user-generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner
  • Respond to comments (when appropriate) in order to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience
  • Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns

What You're Expected to Have

  • Education – must be a recent post-secondary graduate with a degree in either communications, marketing, advertising, journalism, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields
  • Outgoing personality – required to network and be comfortable connecting with strangers
  • Writing skills – experience with professional writing & communications across various mediums
  • Social media – skills working with a variety of social media tools is required (WordPress, Twitter, Facebook, Buffer, etc. for business) along with blogging, community development, and social bookmarking 
  • Interest in our industry – passionate about the work we're doing and how your role contributes to that vision
  • Willingness to work odd hours – may involve working some evenings and weekends, and responding to community members outside of work hours 
  • Strong soft skills – great time management skills, ability to multitask, emotional intelligence, can work well under tight deadlines
  • PR experience – having experience communicating with public relations teams and journalists is a plus
  • Cultural fit – get along with our team and mesh with our company’s culture 
  • Demonstrated ability to produce marketing management guidelines and documents that reflects the holistic understanding and implementation of social media and its effects
  • Proficiency in a wide range of digital presentation and social listening tools
  • Exceptional communication skills and very high attention to detail
